A city has many programs and initiatives every year that it needs to share with residents, stakeholders and visitors. My work on campaigns emcompasses a wide range of print and digital communications that helped raise awareness or invite people to act.
Ready, Set, 5-0! campaign – This city needed to inform folks about the redevelopment happening in the popular 50th & France area. The broad communications I created aimed to help people get around during construction and give businesses tools to make their customers comfortable during the transition.
Organics Recycling campaign – Many people were not familiar with organics recycling when this citywide program started. I worked closely with the team to communicate their important message about directing food waste from the trash to be fully recycled into compost.
Windsource campaign – In this new program, residents and business owners can pay a little extra to get some or all of their energy from wind. I wanted to create messaging and visuals that pulled at heart strings and grabbed attention – renewable energy is about protecting the future of our children. I art directed the photo shoot and the creation of the lemonade stand by our Public Works team.
